TapFindMe · Live web SaaS
One link for every recurring guest question.
TapFindMe lets short-term-rental hosts turn arrival details, Wi-Fi, house rules, directions, and local knowledge into step-by-step guides guests can open without installing an app.
My role
I designed and built the product end to end: host workflow, guest experience, multilingual behavior, subscriptions, deployment, and operation.
The problem
Hosts repeatedly answer the same time-sensitive questions, while guests search through message threads exactly when they need a clear instruction.
Constraints
- Guests must open it instantly without an account or app
- Instructions need to work clearly on a phone
- One host-authored guide must serve guests in multiple languages
Product evidence
The shipped experience.

Key decisions
What shaped the product.
Remove guest setup
The guest experience opens from a normal link. The product asks the host to do the organizational work once rather than asking every guest to install something.
Use guided steps
Photos, video, maps, and ordered instructions make operational details easier to follow than a long document or copied message.
Design language into the model
Translation is attached to the guide content so the same maintained source can serve international guests without separate duplicated guides.
What shipped
- Host accounts and guide creation
- Guest-facing mobile experience with no required app
- Photos, video, maps, check-in confirmation, and translations
- Subscription tiers and a publicly accessible live demo
Honest current state
TapFindMe is live with working host, guest, and subscription flows. The screenshots here are captures of the deployed product; illustrative values inside its demo are not presented as customer metrics.
What I learned
A crisp problem and complete implementation still need a reliable acquisition channel. The product reinforced my decision to build future products with distribution partners involved from discovery onward.
