No agreement by submission
Submitting an inquiry or exchanging preliminary messages does not create a partnership, service engagement, employment relationship, joint venture, confidentiality duty, exclusivity arrangement, obligation to build, or guarantee of a meeting. Any engagement requires a separate written agreement signed by the relevant parties.
Initial inquiries
Do not send passwords, private user data, trade secrets, third-party confidential information, or material you are not entitled to disclose. A concise description of the product problem is sufficient for an initial review.
Commercial terms
Ownership, revenue definitions, cost treatment, promotion duties, payment schedules, product operation, data responsibilities, termination, liability, and other commercial terms are determined case by case in a separate agreement. Nothing on this site promises earnings or commercial success.
