What is collected
When you submit a project inquiry, the site collects your name, email, website or profile URL, context, approximate user or audience range, industry, inquiry text, optional supporting context, collaboration acknowledgement, consent, submission time, and a short-lived cryptographic hash derived from the request address for abuse prevention.
Why it is used
The information is used to review and respond to your requested project discussion, maintain a record of the inquiry, protect the form from abuse, and operate the website securely. Submissions are not used to add you to a marketing list.
Processors and transfers
The website and database are self-hosted on infrastructure controlled by Savicsoft. Google Workspace processes inquiry notification and confirmation email. These services may process data in countries outside your own under their applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
Retention
Relevant inquiries may be retained while a discussion or engagement remains active. Declined or inactive inquiries are deleted or anonymized within 12 months unless a longer period is needed for a legal claim, security incident, or statutory obligation.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of relevant personal data, and may object where applicable. Contact the address above. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
The launch version does not use advertising trackers or non-essential analytics cookies. Essential technical data may be processed to deliver and secure the service. This notice will be updated before materially different tracking is introduced.
Security and changes
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
