Savicsoft · Founder-led product engineering

From product idea to working software.

I help founders, businesses, and creators turn real problems into useful digital products. From strategy and UX to engineering, launch, and operation, I own the work end to end.

Available for focused builds, long-term product partnerships, and selected shared-upside opportunities.

What I bring

01Product thinking
02End-to-end engineering
03Long-term ownership

Enterprise, startup, and independent experience

Products shipped on web, iOS, and Android

Ownership from idea to operation

One accountable product partner

Less handoff. More ownership.

You should not need to coordinate a strategist, designer, frontend team, backend team, and DevOps consultant just to ship a product. I connect the business problem to the technical work and stay responsible from the first decision through production.

I own

  • Product strategy and scope
  • UX direction and user journeys
  • Architecture and development
  • Launch, infrastructure, and iteration

We shape together

  • The business goal and user problem
  • Priorities, constraints, and tradeoffs
  • Access to users and domain knowledge
  • A clear path to adoption and value

Selected products

Shipped products, not concept screens.

Real examples of taking an idea through product decisions, engineering, release, and operation.

How it works

Start focused. Learn early. Build with confidence.

01

Define the problem

We clarify the user need, business goal, constraints, and what success should look like.

02

Shape the test

I turn the idea into a focused first release and define the evidence that will guide us.

03

Build V0

I take ownership of product decisions, design direction, engineering, and infrastructure.

04

Launch together

We put the product in front of real users. I measure behavior, support the release, and improve what matters.

05

Build on what works

Once the direction is proven, we agree the next roadmap, commercial model, and level of investment.

An inquiry starts a conversation, not an automatic commitment. Scope, costs, ownership, operating responsibilities, and any commercial terms are documented before work begins.

A good fit

A strong problem matters more than a perfect brief.

I work best with people who understand the problem, can make decisions, and want an experienced technical partner—not simply an extra pair of hands for a predetermined feature list.

  • There is a specific user or business problem worth solving.
  • You can bring domain knowledge and timely decisions to the work.
  • The first useful version can be focused and tested with real users.
  • There is a credible, ethical, and legal path to adoption.

Not a fit: staff augmentation, generic clones, vague “build the next big thing” briefs, or deceptive and legally ambiguous products.

Experience

Enterprise discipline. Startup speed. End-to-end ownership.

The useful part isn’t a list of frameworks. It’s knowing how to turn incomplete requirements into decisions, balance speed with reliability and cost, and remain responsible when software meets real users.

About Sasa

The company is me.

I’m Sasa Savic, a software engineer and the founder of Savicsoft. I’ve spent my career working across the boundaries people usually divide into product, frontend, backend, architecture, and operations.

AI has made execution faster. It hasn’t made judgment, accountability, security, or product thinking optional. I use it as leverage while keeping an experienced engineer responsible for the result.

Good software needs more than code. It needs a clear problem, sound product judgment, reliable execution, and a path to real users. I connect those pieces and take technical ownership of the result.

You don’t need a polished specification. Share the problem, who it affects, where you are today, and what a useful outcome would look like.
